这个星期见了两位好久没见的老朋友，一个是邦强，一个是SAM（我们节目的营养师）。
谢谢邦强特地把2001年，他给MC做的专访COPY成CD，送了几张给我、蓝妈妈和初明做纪念，谢谢你。。
想念邦强的朋友，他别来无恙，气色也很好。其实我一直跟他有保持联络，就算没见面，也会通通电话，虽然不常，但我们一联络上就会聊很多。。谢谢你的分享。。
至于SAM，谢谢她昨晚特地到我们电台为1003录制了好几个农历年“饮食小贴士”，稍候会推出，敬请期待。
而在这之前，我“小心翼翼”地带了SAM到BALESTIER那里吃鱼头炉。好笑的是，除了点了鱼头炉，我“不敢”再叫其它的菜肴，尤其是我喜欢的炸豆腐，哈哈哈！你们应该知道为什么啦，哈哈哈！
只见SAM一直说不要紧，她什么都可以（因为她看出了我的顾虑，嘻嘻)，但我还是笑了笑。。决定“适量”地吃就好，今晚就好，哈哈...
SAM的这张照片是我们吃鱼头炉时，我偷拍的，嘻嘻！不好意思，我怕你“害臊”不让我怕，所以才“耍手段”，哈哈！（相信我很快就会接到她的来电，因为她是有看我的部落格的，嘻嘻！）

ah sam 跟我想象的很不一样。每次听ah sam on air 时，不知道为什么我一直想象她是长头发，眼大大的。哈哈哈！！不过，她有营养师的look. Ya, looks like Anna.
Can imagine the scenerio at the restaurant,haha!!一定很cartoon。又想又不敢说的那个表情，哈哈哈！！！so cute, so funny :P
I should say she looks like the "old" (last time) Anna. haha
I can't resist deep fried food! :P

Oh no....我竟然被"拍"了.功亏一篑啊!不在自己的部落格贴上照片就为了保持低调,只露"声", 不露"相". 哈哈.谢谢丽梅.至少相隔一年后, 我们都抽出时间陪对方渡过了愉快的一个晚上.

So happy to see "关心"邦强。 Really long time din call him cos I lost his contact. Remember last time a few year back we and his sister, Jolene went out for a xmas meal. That was the last time we meet up for a meal. Few year back I saw 邦强at one of the shopping mall, really can't recognise him, hmm... dun know y! Limei, how his health nowadays? Do ask him to take care ya...

哈哈，每天早上听到sam说的东西时，我都会告诉自己，今天的午餐一定要很健康，一定不可以过量。。。但是，每次只要同事笑我说怎么吃都那么胖时，我就放弃了。。。哈哈。。。
