时间不够用,充足睡眠,好久不见


早上回公司,中午到马场,结束马场再直奔回公司继续工作。要不,就是值班,工作....凌晨时分再回公司工作.可能是我办事效率差吧。。我最近就是过着如此般的日子。。。结果除了累,那天还被哥哥训话说我眼里只有工作,没家人,当然这种说法是令人难过的。因为很多时候,我是多想停下脚步,好好休息。。。。

昨天跑完马后,已经是傍晚的7点多,非常疲惫。因为在去克兰芝马场之前,我早上就在公司。傍晚离开马场后,我开车行驶在PIE时,竟然一时拿不定主意应该是往KJE回家,还是BKE回公司。因为我还有一堆的工作还没做完,唉。。。其实这样的情景已经持续了好些日子了,因为进入七月份,我得开始着手我负责的“从关怀出发”的剪辑工作。不知道为什么对于这次“看护者”的关怀出发,我竟然有些许的“排斥”和无措。。所以在制作进度方面就显得有点缓慢。另外,加上马场七月份得开始实习“正式”的CALL马,对不够睡眠、休息的我,无疑是一大挑战。。。

何不择一,别让自己那么劳累呢?毕竟年记不轻了,哈哈!那该放弃哪一边呢?坦白说,我有想过,我是想放弃广播。。。但当我每次在户外看到热情的听众时,那些“嘘寒问暖”却让我非常不舍,尤其当我听到大家是多爱我们早班的组合时,原谅我的“虚荣”,这些确实是我还想继续留在广播的“推动力”。。。

马场?我可以“斩钉截铁”地说:“不会”。。。除非我真的无法胜任或马会真的不需要我了。不说不知,我、老王、马辉大哥们都是马场中文部的PIONEER份子们。打从开始到现在,我们是一路走来,没有功劳也有点苦劳,哈哈!我真的很不舍如果就此放弃,那这过去的两年多,不是白白地“耕耘”了吗?

我相信这只是个过渡期,只要我忙完“从关怀出发”,忙完手上的一些杂物,应该时间会较容易控制,应该有多点时间休息了。。。我会加油的。。。

BY THE WAY,请问有什么可以“补脑”,强化记忆力的东西或产品介绍吗?哈哈

Hi LiMei, sleep is your "medicine". Not enough sleep can really affect a lot, especially when need to wake up.

Did you explain to your bro? I know how hurt you feel when he said that but I think he will understand.

Must Take good care of yourself..don't fall sick like me...than a lot of 手尾. Have to go for surgery, now slowly recovering..no good..

so better take good care of yourself...to avoid bigger problem...

Remember sometimes must have some 'me' time to recharge, recuperate. Dont tire yourself too much. Btw, may I know what are you doing|working as at turf club?
